I was on the phone this morning with one of my favorite partners. He mentioned that they started doing a lot more residential work recently and how much more hand-holding there was. Consequently he has implemented a "PITA tax". Frankly speaking this is not uncommon. Another reason to work with us is that we handle all the "hand-holding" and as such nobody pays the Pain In The... A{nything} tax. And you don't have to lift a finger.
